Strength is not about how heavy, but about how precise.
— Studio principleThe reformer is a tool that makes training safe, precise and accessible — from absolute beginners to experienced athletes.
The reformer makes every exercise safe and effective — resistance adapts to your body, not the other way around.
Attention to every person in every session. The trainer catches mistakes before they become habits.
Original Peak Pilates MV — professional apparatus from the world's leading manufacturer, not cheap imitations.
Galya has been teaching since 2015. She knows what works long-term — and what is a seasonal trend.
Low-impact and controlled — the reformer is suitable for back pain, post-injury recovery or simply sustainable movement.
A balanced approach — strength, flexibility, control. No extreme intensity that lasts 3 weeks and stops.
One call — and we're on the line. No commitment, no form — just a conversation about what you're looking for.
A clean, bright space, carefully styled — so you can focus only on the movement.
At Pilates 111 you train on original American Peak Pilates MV reformers — professional equipment from the world's leading manufacturer of pilates apparatus. A stable frame, smooth glide, precise spring resistance — letting you feel every detail.
These are not cheap Chinese knock-offs bought from online marketplaces that fall apart after six months. A reformer is a tool — its quality is felt from the first minute and shapes the entire session.

One session in the studio says more than any photo. Feel the reformer, see the space, decide for yourself.

Galya runs the sessions at Pilates 111. She has been in the fitness and pilates industry since 2015 — focused on technique, control and sustainable progress. No chaos, no unnecessary risks, with a clear structure.
Her approach is personalised — the programme is tuned to each client's level and goal. Attention to detail: breath, body alignment, movement control, stabilisation and awareness.
Results that last — without burnout. The atmosphere in the studio is such that everyone feels safe and confident, whether they're starting out or returning to movement after a break.
First session = a chat + a short reformer demo. No commitment — just getting to know each other.
No surprises. No pressure. One clear sequence we've used with dozens of clients.
Call +359 877 117 147. Galya picks a suitable time and format, you discuss your goals, any injuries or concerns. A 10-minute conversation.
You learn how the reformer works — a short demo, basic movements. Your body sets the pace. No comparisons, no rushing.
On the second visit you start a programme tailored for you — posture, flexibility, strength or a specific goal. Progress is measured in how you feel, not in rep count.
Still have a question? Call us — we answer the phone.
Yes — the reformer is actually more beginner-friendly than mat pilates. The apparatus gives feedback to your body and helps you feel proper alignment from the very first sessions. Resistance adjusts individually, so you start at exactly your level.
The first 1–2 sessions focus on fundamental movements and breathing. No complex exercises, no competition.
The recommended minimum is 2 sessions per week over 4–8 weeks. At this frequency, changes in posture, core strength and control become tangible.
1 session per week maintains form, but progress is slower. 3 sessions per week is optimal for visible progress without overload.
In most cases — yes, and reformer pilates is often recommended exactly for people with back pain. Training is low-impact, joints aren't compressed, and strengthening deep stabilisers reduces load on the spine.
Before starting — share everything: when the pain started, with which movements, what your doctor or physiotherapist has said. The programme is built around that.
Mat pilates = exercises on a mat using bodyweight. Requires more technique and control from the start, harder to feel proper alignment.
Reformer pilates = apparatus with a moving carriage and springs. Resistance both assists and challenges. You feel correct movement immediately. More accessible for beginners, a wider exercise range, more progression at advanced levels.
Prices are by agreement depending on the package — private, small group or focus programme. Call +359 877 117 147 and we discuss your case — format, frequency, goals, budget.
The idea is to find a training rhythm that genuinely makes sense for you, not to sell subscriptions for the sake of subscriptions.
No. Reformer pilates is specifically suited for people starting from zero, returning after a break or post-injury. Resistance adjusts individually — it can be almost imperceptible or challenging, depending on where you start.
Load isn't the goal. Controlled movement is the goal.
From 16 years old — no upper limit. We work with people in their late 60s and 70s. The reformer is especially suited for active longevity — preserving muscle mass, flexibility and balance without exhausting you.
In most cases reformer pilates is safe during pregnancy, especially after the first trimester — but it requires a green light from your gynaecologist and an adapted programme. Some exercises are removed, others are modified.
Before your first session — bring information from your doctor. We decide individually.
A short conversation (5–10 minutes) about what you're looking for, your goals, any injuries. Then Galya shows you the reformer — basic movements, how resistance works, how to adjust it. The first session is more of an introduction than a full workout.
At the end — you discuss what comes next: personal programme, frequency, format.
