Private sessions are the best format for people who want fast, sustainable progress — without compromising quality. When it's 1-on-1, every detail of the movement is visible, every mistake is corrected on the spot, every spring is tuned just for you.

What the session includes
A private session lasts 55 minutes. Before your first session there's a short conversation — your goals, your experience, any limitations or concerns. Your first programme is built from that conversation.
During the session: spring tuning to your level and body, demonstration of every new exercise, real-time corrections, progression based on how the body responds today. It's not "a list of exercises" — it's a dialogue between body and trainer.
The first private session is a get-to-know — a short conversation, a demo of the reformer, no commitment.
